These terms govern your use of the Yağmur Bekçisi (Rain Watchman) app and services. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Yağmur Bekçisi is an information service that analyzes live meteorological data to provide short-term rain alerts for the location(s) you specify. It is not an official meteorological service; it complements classic weather forecasts.

2. Disclaimer

No precipitation forecast is 100% certain. Alerts are probabilistic; they may be delayed, missing or inaccurate. The service is provided “as is”. You are solely responsible for decisions you make (travel, agriculture, work, health, etc.). In situations involving safety of life and property, rely on official warning sources. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

3. Subscriptions, Fees and Auto-Renewal

• A free tier plus Premium and Pro subscriptions are offered. Current prices are shown in the app and on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions are sold and managed via Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS); payment is charged to the method linked to your store account.
• Where offered, if you do not cancel during the free trial, the paid subscription starts at the end of the trial.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. The renewal fee is charged before the period ends.
• You can cancel anytime via Google Play → Subscriptions or the App Store subscription settings (Settings → Subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the store where the purchase was made (Google Play / App Store).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only lawfully and for its intended purpose, not to abuse the system, not to reverse engineer it, and not to attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, brand, content and analysis methods belong to Yağmur Bekçisi and may not be copied without permission.

6. Privacy

How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are published on this page. Your continued use after a change means you accept the current terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you reside, where those provisions grant you broader protection.
